Email the WaSize team

We normally respond within three business days. Complex privacy or technical investigations may take longer, but we will acknowledge the request when appropriate.

What to include

the page or feature you were using;
your browser and device type;
what you expected and what happened;
the exact error message, if one appeared; and
a link to an authoritative source if you are reporting outdated guidance.

Please protect your privacy. WaSize processes editor images locally, so we usually do not need your original photo. Do not email private photographs, identity documents, passwords, financial details or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary and we have asked for it.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” if you want to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, consent withdrawal or California opt-out rights. Tell us which country or state you live in and the email address connected with your earlier message. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.

Advertising and business messages

For advertising, partnership or rights questions, use the same email and state the organization you represent. We do not accept paid links disguised as editorial recommendations, undisclosed sponsored claims or requests to copy another site's content.

Corrections and feedback

Good corrections are specific. Tell us which statement should change, why, and where the better information comes from. Product feedback is equally useful—especially when it explains the device, image type and step that caused trouble.

Contact form placement

If WaSize adds a secure contact form, it will appear in the email card above. The form will ask only for a name, email address, topic and message, show a clear privacy notice, use spam protection proportionately, and avoid collecting uploaded images by default.
